2 Recipes This Week

Stuffed Bell Peppers
I modified this recipe a little from the link about. They were DELICIOUS and super good for you!
3 bell peppers, cut in half and cleaned out
brown rice (I made 2 servings)
5 oz grated romano cheese
1/2 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic
Italian seasoning to taste
fresh mozzerella

Cook the rice according to package direction. In large bowl, combine ride, romano cheese, onion, garlic, and seasoning. Stuff into each pepper and top with slice of fresh mozzarella. Bake at 350 for 30 min or until cooked throughout.

Mud Pie Cookies
I got this recipe from "Cake Mix Dr" and changed the name and left out the walnuts. I thought they were super tasty!

1 box Devils Food Cake Mix
1 stick butter, melted
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup chocolate chips

Mix first 4 ingredients with electric mixer. Fold in chocolate chips until equally distributed. Drop heaping teaspoons of batter onto a cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 min at 350. Cool and enjoy!
